Returns & Exchanges
Please remember: For us as a small startup, returns are not an easy thing. It costs us an enormous amount of effort, time and also you a return fee, if you purchase a return label from us. We therefore ask you to give us a reason for the return in return. We take criticism and feedback very seriously and have been able to optimize quite a few things in the past on this basis.
Transparent prices: Nothing is really “free”, and this also applies to “free” returns. These costs are often already included in the product price. With us, you can see what you really pay. Instead of hiding return shipping costs in the price, we separate them out. So you only pay for what you actually receive.
Support for us as a small company: Returns cost us a lot. Every return we avoid helps us to keep our prices fair and stay true to our sustainable philosophy.
The wrong helmet size: Every head is shaped slightly differently and can fit one person and not another, especially in the areas where the sizes of our helmets overlap. In addition, we do not have a widespread network of dealers in all countries where you can try on the helmet. We have therefore deliberately decided to offer an additional service. If the helmet does not fit you, we will provide you with another size free of charge in exchange. You can find a list of countries where we provide a free size change service at the bottom
