YAKKAY Covid-19 statement - Stay safe and well

During these uncertain times we are pleased that we can help people bike commuting and exercising in safety and style. 

The Covid-19 pandemic has made biking even more popular worldwide than usual. Biking is a healthy way to commute and exercise. In a challenging pandemic situation it may also be a more secure way to commute than using public transportation.

We would like to thank you for choosing YAKKAY. It is of great importance to us as an independent brand from a small country like Denmark.

We want you to feel safe when shopping with us. Now, more than ever.

Our webshop (yakkay.com) is operating as normal, and we are shipping internationally. Our handling and shipping agent Rosendahls is meeting all advice and guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Danish Health Authority with high safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse.

Generally, we are able to live up to our stated shipping times (see: Shipping). We can, however, not guarantee our expected shipping times as there may be local delays caused by Covid-19 related restrictions and shut downs.

We appreciate your understanding and we are hopeful that the situation will improve within a short time span.
